Title: Mango Smoothie

1 Ripe mango; peeled, pitted, chopped, (approx.
~1/41-1/4 ups) cups)
3/4 cmilk; skim, chilled
1/4 cnonfat vanilla yogurt
3/4 ts vanilla extract
 3ice cubes
 1 pn salt
: fresh mint sprigs

Combine all ingredients except mint in blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Garnish with mint.
